Strength Training
Weightlifting: Weightlifting involves using resistance to build muscle strength and endurance. School gyms are typically equipped with weightlifting equipment, including dumbbells, barbells, and resistance machines, allowing students to engage in safe and effective strength training.
Bodyweight Exercises: Bodyweight exercises, such as push-ups, squats, and lunges, use the student’s own weight as resistance. These exercises are easily adaptable for all fitness levels and can be performed both indoors and outdoors.
